Yes, that's why both XEmacs and GNU Emacs include pcl-cvs these
days. It's a very nice wrapper around all the commonly used cvs
functionality. I never use the vc stuff anymore; pcl-cvs is just
too useful. You can operate on multiple files with it, unlike vc.

I'd love to see svn integration with that.... :)
