Thanks for the info about how orphaned projects get a repo added on the
fly. That explains why they are there. Unfortunately, now I can't
remove them without deleting the associated project, so, I'm just going
to save my workspace off somewhere else and start with a fresh .metadata
directory. It's good house-cleaning anyway, kinda like re-installing
Windows every year to get rid of the cruft in the registry. :)
