Worst case, you should be able to disconnect the projects. Delete the
repositories. Create a new one for root, and then do Team -> Share.
I think if you just create the new location for the root of your
repository and then restart, the projects will reassociate themselves with
that root connection and you can delete the others. Not positive, just
think I have observed that.
Of course creating a new workspace is often not a bad idea either.
