Not to step on anyone's enthusiasm, but it would be much better if
people could find a way to identify files that are "large binaries" in
an way that doesn't require users to set file properties at 'svn add'.
(Inherited) auto-props are one mechanism that we already have, but:

    what is a large binary file that shouldn't be deltified?

is the important question here. The idea is to have reasonable default
behaviour out of the box, without adding mandatory configuration knobs.
