That works.

It appears to be very similar to the topic "Re: 'Update' don't add new
file or folder" on the tortoisesvn list - which indicates it's fixed in
1.6.2 in the subversion core itself.

Hopefully it will stay that way, although I'd have liked a warning that
this had happened and consider it bad because it's silent.

Hi Rob,

I had the same problem as you with subversion not updating. We use
TortoiseSVN & collab.net command line tools. I've found a solution
which boils down to using the "Update to revision..." and then choosing
fully recursive. This then actually gets everything - it appears to be
a bug as the working copy is configured to do fully recursive updates.

I've not tested this with the command line tools - as once it worked via
tortoise I had nothing to test it with.
