Hi Rob,

I had the same problem as you with subversion not updating. We use TortoiseSVN & collab.net command line tools. I’ve found a solution which boils down to using the “Update to revision…“ and then choosing fully recursive. This then actually gets everything – it appears to be a bug as the working copy is configured to do fully recursive updates.

I’ve not tested this with the command line tools – as once it worked via tortoise I had nothing to test it with.
