Yes. This can be achieved with a simple dump/reload (look at the SVN book for that).

For e.g. http://svn.com/Testto http://svn.com/Helpdesk

 
Will all the revisions of Test will be moved to HelpDesk?

 
If yes could you suggest me the steps?
