It doesn't look like you can get the log message. But there may be a way
to do it with some type of commit hook.

Hello,

I need an information on how to update the log message and revision
number in the committed file.

So when ever I commit a file into SVN with some log message, I want the
log message and revision number,date/time etc to get updated in the
footer of that file.

So pelase let me know the same.
