A bash script which creates a sample repo, populates it, and then executes the
offending command would be ideal. The simpler the better, since it helps the
developers narrow down the problem quicker. Even better, if you feel like
hacking the Subversion testsuite, would be a test which shows the failure. If
that's not possible, however, one of the developers can take the reproduction
recipe and create such a test.
