Regarding "Some revisions have been merged under it that have not been merged"

Hi,

I'm just looking for a clarification on the post:

and a plain English interpretation. From reading this post and all of
the threads on this list, it boils down to:

Don't move things around in your branch and expect --reintegrate to
work.

Is that accurate?
