I am going to try to write up a comprehensive Subversion SSO
cookbook this weekend.

Unfortunately, I've never seen a Windows build of Cyrus SASL which
includes GSSAPI support, so you'll probably have to build this
yourself. For the most part, you set up Subversion the same on
Windows or Unix (with a few caveats), so you can pretty much use
anyone's Unix-oriented guides as long as your salt them
judiciously. Unlike a lot of things, the Unix path is much more
heavily travelled in this case than the Windows path. Even if you
don't want to do your production installation on Linux/Unix, you
may want to do your prototyping there as you can pretty much get
everything either pre-built or built by your distribution's package
management system.
