I thought I had researched using sasl with Windows auth and couldn't
find how to do it. Are there any resources, blogs, docs you can point me
to that will help me set up saslGSASPI on a windows server with
svnserve? Thanks in advance.

Don't forget about mod_auth_kerb as an alternative in Apache. And also
don't forget about saslGSASPI for svnserve. Both of these work and
don't
even require passwords.
