Query about SUBVERSION software

Hi,

Could you please guide me where do I get a free SUBVERSION software for working on KDevelop 3.3.4. I tried to download the software from the website http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentView?documentID=43446&showInfo=true however I could not able to get it. Also please let me know where do I get SUBVERSION software.
