Uhm, there are 510 http links in a 5,353 line post.

Let's talk marketing:
        A design proposal, which may or may not be current, starts on
line 4,204. The link to the design doc is "AWOL". It would be spiffy
to have an up to date 'design proposal' link at the start of the post,
with the words "Design Proposal". Having to dig through 5k lines and
500 web links isn't a great way to market this. Not to disparage
Robin's efforts in collecting the information, but it desperately needs
an executive summary.

Torches and pitchforks:
        What's the next step? What does Robin need from us to get this
feature into Subversion? Do we ping Collabnet or someone else? No one
takes a mob seriously until it shows up at their front door.
