problem with windows server 2003, apache 2.2.4 and subversion 1.4.5

hi,

I'm using apache 2.2.4 with subversion binaries 1.4.5 built against apache 2.2.
I have to use it on a windows server 2003.
Normal svn checkouts etc are working without a problem, but I can't do
administrative task. I can't hotcopy or create a repository.

svnadmin: Kann Status von Verzeichnis »test\db« nicht ermitteln: Partial results
 are valid but processing is incomplete

Thats the german error message. In english it would be something like

Code:
can't stat directory

I already googled and found out that this is a known issue for 1.4.4. Is there
the same problem with 1.4.5? Has anyone been able to resolve this?
