Re: problem with windows server 2003, apache 2.2.4 and subversion 1.4.5

It's a known bug in the APR version in binaries built against apache 2.2.x.

Get the Subversion binaries built against apache 2.0.x instead of 2.2.x

This was mentioned to me as having been fixed on trunk so I expect
it'll be fixed in Subversion 1.5
