Mailing list digest format changed?

Does anyone else get the mailing list digests, and not get the email detilas between each message? The format of the digest used to have the email details (including the subject) at the start of each message. Now it's no longer there, which makes it hard to see where one message ends and the next one starts.

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting this?
