Subversion connection rufusal

Hello there,

I have set up a couple of subversion repositories on my server, and things
wad been going great for about two months until sometime this past weekend.
Now, whenever I attempt to connect to the repositories they refuse the
connection. As far as I can tell, the server is running happily with other
systems (including Trac, which interfaces with the repository directly, so
it's definitely still there). Also, none of the repository settings have
been changed. My best guess is that there is some sort of "security
lockout" that somehow got initialized(?)

I've also tried the following without any success. (Although I didn't
expect it would help anyway.)
------------------------------------------------------
-bash-3.00# svnadmin recover /path/to/repos/
Repository lock acquired.
Please wait; recovering the repository may take some time...

Recovery completed.
The latest repos revision is 120.
------------------------------------------------------

Any help would be appreciated.
