Help! with .svn properties corruption

Hi

I can't check back in 2 files due to the following errors below. So when I
open these 2 .svn-base files, they're empty with no values. But when I open
any other file in the same folder they all contain values. I ran svn clean
but it's of no help and the errors persist. Help.

\branches\projectA\build\.svn\prop-base\branch.suffix.svn-base

\branches\projectA\build\.svn\prop-base\ParseOutBuildNo.pl.svn-base
