You'll probably want to ask the developers of Trac, their mailing
list, or their bug tracker. We can help you get Subversion working,
but if it's already working (except for within Trac), then there's
not much we can do. Many of us don't know Trac.

A Google search for that error message only turned up this bug
report, which seems to be the same problem, but I don't see a
solution listed:

But I don't think that's Trac's bug tracker; that's some other project.
