I can run svnserve on Windows 2000 system by use command "svnserve -d -r
C:\svnreposity".
So I downloaded the svnservice ,then copy svnservice.exe to "svnservice\bin"
's Dir and run command "svnservice -install --d --r C:\svnreposity".
after I start svnservice by the service of window's control pannel , the
error message what we see is appear.

And I run "sc query svnservice" that u suggest ,but I don't know the
information .
