Be confident, don't think about technology (delphi, java, c#, whatnot)
but about change and semtantic correlation. Just put everything under
*any* version control, watch the dynamics and re-organise.

Better start with few (svn, of course) repos (as long as permissions are
no BIG issue) as splitting them is easier than merging.
