Windows XP which download

Hello,

I have gotten underway with the reading of the Subversion PDF book, and
I want to try and begin following along.

I am slightly confused on what download I should use. I am here:

http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91

And there are many different downloads. Could someone please give me
clarity on this so I can download and install the proper one?

Once installed, do I just use a dos prompt when I issue the svn
commands? Or do I click one of the executables that may get installed
when I install the software?
