The more I think about this and discuss this with others, it seems clear
that the answer is NOT to store the auto-generated docs in the repo, or at
least the main source repo. Putting it in a pre-determined area (like a
directory structure on a web site that reflects the different svnversion
numbers of the repo shown with said Doxygen output) does seem to make
sense, but this need not be in the orginal source repo.
