Failure to commit.

I have a problem when trying run a commit on some style sheets. I
reverted the style sheets back to original and then made the changes
again, but I still get an error as follows when I try to commit the
changes:

tony@localhost:/var/www/html/smarty/site$ svn commit
Sending templates/temp2/temp2.css
Transmitting file data .svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Base checksum mismatch on
'/smarty/site/trunk/templates/temp2/temp2.css': expected:
fce11f88bbe0dc44ebdc4a5050d89563
     actual: 4c0202a667c0e08d7969f3be4783d80a

I am running svn locally on Linux.

Any ideas?
