Maybe the filenames you have in the repo are illegal in the Windows file
system? Maybe there are duplicate files, which only differ in case (i.e.
"readme.txt" and "Readme.txt"), which cannot co-exist in Windows. Maybe
the files are hidden by Windows (i.e. the ".drv" extension is by default
not shown in Explorer)...
