Ok, in that case, you should be prepared to try a couple different
tools. I myself wasn't impressed with WebSVN. It took me less than 5
minutes to run into PHP errors and pages that took minutes to load.
ViewVC (formerly ViewCVS) seems to be pretty popular, and Trac has a
really pretty interface, and there's several others available too.
