RE: why does the subversion.tigris.org website block my IP?

What browser are you using, on which OS? Have you changed any security
settings from the default settings in your browser?

For the past two months, or possibly longer, I have not been able to
browse the subversion.tigris.org website. At first I thought it might
have been a misconfiguration of the webserver, but by now I have tried
it from other IP numbers and it works fine from those.

Who should I contact about getting my IP re-enabled for browse access?
