I thought that a feedback address is already given on the website?
(I've certainly gotten plenty of mail sent to it...)

I wrote and then deleted a paragraph analyzing this issue, which is
more complex than I at first thought. The new summary is: I think I'm
just too busy/lazy to do this :-).

But there's that paragraph:

The digest subscription mode is mentioned on the web pages, though
(apparently) only when one is logged into tigris. This is part of a
larger problem -- that some functionality which is only available if
you are logged in is not even visible if you are not logged in, so you
have no way to know that you have a reason to want an account. A real
solution would require some effort. The different mailing list
desrciptions would need to be tweaked to explain that you'd have to
log in to get digest functionality, and then they'd all (I guess) link
to a common page explaining what being "logged in" is all about
and... My head is about to explode.
