Hi Karl + others,

My suggestions:

1. Mention this users-owner email address on the web page somewhere, so
we know who to contact.

2. Kick off sdusers@softwaredesign.it. Their system is echoing anything
that is Cc: the list, so posters see 3 copies of messages. They've been
warned, so I think it's reasonable for you to just unsubscribe them.

3. Make a daily digest available. I believe that ezmlm can do this; you
may even have it enabled already, in which case it just needs
documenting on the web page.
