Thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, I'm using fully path names in all cases. In fact, the script was
downloaded from this mailling list. (commit-email-win.pl and
post-commit.bat) I edited the file and replaced all of the pathnames to
match my setup.

I can attach the file if you want to see it.
