Overall costs to implement Subversion

Hello,

I've been tasked with investigating dumping ClearCase/ClearQuest and going
with Subversion. Past experience has me thinking this will not be easy and
I could use some inside information on accomplishing this.

Off the top of my head I have several questions.

1. Cost of Subversion... Licenses and Support
2. Frequency of updates.
3. Quality of Support
4. Code import from CC.
5. Bug tracking support
6. Implementation costs/time

I could go on and on and thought some of you have gone through this.

I'd appreciate any links to competitive analyses and information I could
use to jump start this effort.

Kofax has been running CC and CQ for about 4 year using distributed
development world wide.
