RE: Upgrade from 1.1.4 to 1.2.3 on Win32 2003

The problem I am having is that there is an unresolved export function.

I am using Apache 2.0.52 and BDB 4.2. That's the environment.
I am not interested in other versions of Apache or converting the
repository to FSFS.

Can someone confirm the missing export function with Apache 2.0.52 or
not?

You only need to dump and reload if you are using a BDB repository and
if you upgrade your BDB libraries. If you are using the pre-built
binaries for Windows, then the 1.2 binaries do use BDB 4.3, and the
1.1 binaries did use BDB 4.2, so yes, a dump and load is necessary. I
understand this is stated in the read me file included with the binary
distribution.

If you would switch your repositories from BDB to FSFS, you would not
have this or any of several other problems.
