Sorry to disturb.

OK, I tried using the Plain vanilla Apache 2.0.55 by downloading the
win32 binary distribution. I get the same result.

Do I have to build my own Apache?

Subject: Subversion and IBM HTTP Server 6.0.2

I am trying to run subversion 1.2.3 on a windows 2003 server and IHS
6.0

I installed IHS generically. (Into C:\Program Files)
I surmise that IHS is derived from Apache 2.0.47

I have added the following to my httpd.conf

LoadModule dav_module modules/mod_dav.so
#LoadModule dav_fs_module modules/mod_dav_fs.so
LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so

The files exist in the modules directory

When I try to start IHS, I get:

Syntax error on line 130 of C:/Program Files/IBM HTTP
Server/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load C:/Program Files/IBM HTTP Server/modules/mod_dav_svn.so into
server: The specified procedure could not be found.

Any pointers?
