RE: svn load failing

No different. I tried to remove all processes that might be
interfering (I thought of backup processes, shared folders, virus
scanning, file indexing).

The result was identical. This time it processed 74 paths before
erroring with the same message:

* adding path : prod/help/reeview/LogMenu.htm ...svnadmin: Can't open
file 'db\transactions\0-1.txn\node._23.0': The process cannot access the
file because it is being used by another process.
