Symlinks with umlauts

From: Tobias Grimm <listaccount_at_e-tobi.net>

I just came across a problem with symlinks. Generally symlinks work
pretty well, but not, if they contain umlauts, like this:

MDR Thüringen.png -> mdr.png

When commiting such a link, I get:

svn: Can't read contents of link: File or directory not found

If I rename it, everything works fine:

MDR Thueringen.png -> mdr.png

I think, this is a bug, isn't it?
