I'm not building it just using it. I got it from the update center in
eclipse who got it from tigris.org

That's the one, so you mean the problem doesn't come from there?
I don't know which one of subversion or subclipse got this 1.2 version,
but all my svn libs are on 1.1.4 and I have the 0.9.3 subclipse
and when trying to update or commit he is expecting 1.2-dev

Hmmm...So Where does this 1.2.0-dev expectance come from ??
