Go to this page http://subversion.tigris.org/project_packages.html. There
you will find a link for RedHat downloads. If you follow that and click some
more you will end up here:
http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/latest/redhat-9.0/bin/. There you
will find all the rpms you need.
