URL non-existent in that revision

Hello, I have subversion 1.0.7 running on a win32 box integrated with apache. Everything seemed to be running fine, although I just imported some files and now cannot access them remotely.

I did: svn import directory http://www.website.com/svn/root/directory -m "Initial Import"

It imports the whole thing, but when I do a svn list http://www.website.com/svn/root/directory, I get: svn: URL non-existent in that revision

When I go to the server and do a svn list file:///d:\storage\svn\root\directory, it shows me the directory contents.

I can view the other directories in the repository remotely except for this new one. Anybody know why? I did restart Apache too.
