In fact, "use-case" by far dominates of "use case". So, I've TODOed this
one, for one of the main book authors to decide upon.

I can't locate the problem - perhaps I haven't understood what you mean by
"section 0".

The reference entry didn't really seem to be trying to demonstrate anything
specific about vendor branches, so I just dodged the issue by renaming
"vendors" to "misc" there.

Grepping didn't turn up anything, so I couldn't do anything with this.

(Commit of these changes will happen shortly, I'm just rebuilding the book
to check for syntax mistakes, and writing the log message)
