minor subversion book defects

Hello,

As per the instructions on issue tracking, I checked the issue tracker
for these defects and did not find them, so here they are. Some of
these are minor, but I think that they are all real defects in the
1.1.0 version of the book on-line.

 * Minor defect in svnbook: the first example of ssl uses both
host.example.com and home.example.com, when I think only one is
   intended.

 * Minor defect in svnbook: reference for 'svnlook uuid' defines UUID
as "Universal Unique IDentifier". But, chapter 5 section 3
describes UUID as "unique user ID".

 * Minor svnbook defect: chapter 7 section 4: "In the trivial
use-case" should say "use case". "use-case" also appears at
least one other place in the book.

 * Minor svnbook defect: chapter 8 section 0: only mentions
   BerkeleyDB, not FSFS.

 * Minor svnbook defect: reference for 'svn import' shows an example
of importing into "/trunk/vendors", but chap 07 section 04 on vendor
branches shows "/vendors" as the preferred convention.

 * Minor svnbook defect: several times a comma is shown outside of a
closing quote when it should be inside the quote.

Thanks,
jason!
