Take a look at SVN::Web: http://search.cpan.org/~clkao/SVN-Web-0.38/

When you drill down into a file's history, there is a link called "Track
this file" which is an RSS feed of changes. Add that to your RSS reader and
you're all set.

The only problem I have is that my SVN::Web install is password-protected,
and the number of RSS clients which support HTTP authentication is rather
slim right now.

I have been looking around for way to allow developers to be notified when a
file has been changed. I have been using wikies for a while, and really
enjoy the fact that I can 'keep an eye' out for some pages. I have seen
tools that mail ALL changes to, say, a mailing list. This is project wide,
and would really have a high noise/usefullness ratio. To much happens of
sides of the project that I don't care about.

Is there a project out there that would allow developers to kind of sign up
for notification when a specific file changes? Or when a specific folder
changes?

Would appreciate including my email in your CC.
