RE: Apache 2.0.52 won't load mod_authz_svn.so or mod_dav_svn.so under Windows Server 2003

 This may happens when subversion dlls are not found into the %PATH% or
apache\bin folder.
 I've got the same error and resolved it by copying *.dll from
subversion\bin to apache\bin folder. If in apache\bin folder you find the
same dll just skip copy.
