I was using "bugtraq:" as an example. My question is:

How do you setup the config file to automatically
set a property (any property) on a newly created directory?

What I wanted to say is that the bugtraq properties need only be set on
directories, not on files. Your question inplied to me that you were
looking for a way to set these properties on both files and directories.
