Windows Apache service is gone after Subversion installation.

I'm attempting to setup a Subversion repository on a Windows 2003 server. I
began by installing Apache 2.0.52. This seemed to work correctly. Then I
installed Subversion 1.1.1. After this the Apache service was gone; it no
longer appears in the services list.

Can someone explain what happened? Perhaps there is a FAQ entry or mailing
list thread that addresses this, but I've been unable to find one. Any
pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
