I am using MPLAB 6.30 (straight from the CD) running on Win2K SP4, with
TSVN 1.1.1 and I see no problems. I have eol-style set to native on the
.c, .h and .mcp files, although I can't see why that should make any
difference. Removing the .svn folder would not change the source files
at all.
The only other thing I can think of is that it might be related to
TSVN's shell extension features, which sort out the icon overlays in
file/open dialogs. You can disable the overlays in eveything except
Windows explorer from the TSVN settings dialog.
Or, more drastically, you could uninstall TSVN temporarily (and reboot)
to check whether it is the presence of any folder called .svn that MPLAB
objects to, or whether it is some more subtle interaction with the shell
extension.
