svn and Window ME problems.

hi,
 
at work we started to use svn.
 
Server is a Linux System with svnserv.
 
Clints are mostly Windows Systems and all
except one work.
 
Only on our Windows ME System, Subversion doesn't work.
 
Example:
C:\WINDOWS>svn list svn://svn.wente-thiedig.local/P80
svn: Can't connect to host 'svn.wente-thiedig.local': Socket operation on
non-socket
 
What is here wrong?
 
Any help is appreciated.
