I've just tested your post-commit.bat-test and it fires as supposed to
(sending time to textfile).
Using apache 2.0.49, Subversion 1.0.4, on windows XP (for testing purposes)
The only thing I can think of is credentials. Is G: perhaps a mapped network
drive. That would account for your scripts failing, since it is running
under the apache account (defaults to system on windows I think).
