post-commit backup failing [GFI-T43878-40C9F5A063E09E1E]

My hook files do not appear to be firing.

I have a backup script and post-commit.bat attached that are supposed to backup my repository every commit. They aren't working, and after a little investigation, I am starting to believe that my post-commit.bat is not firing at all.

As a test I added "time /t > g:\path\hello.txt" as the only line in my and the file never got created.

Is there something I am doing wrong that is really obvious to anyone?

If you want, feel free to grab the backup script and use it, I can run it from the command line and it works beautifully.
