Heh, looking again at the issue, I see the person who wrote that is Joe
Orton, who is quite the opposite of clueless!

So there's something deep I don't understand here. FC1 users aren't
allowed to use svn 1.0, because it would too much burden on them to make
them dump and load, the way Debian does? That seems like a strange
Fedora policy.
